Cliff has been speaking publicly for most of his adult life – with past appearances ranging from the Keynote Address at the SonyEricsson executive retreat at the Ritz Carlton, to the Summit Series entrepreneur conference, to the Santa Cruz Nextie Award Banquet. Speaking engagements may be paired with instructional services and programs (i.e. survival skills class at a company retreat, followed by keynote address at dinner), or may be booked separately. Contact Cliff’s promotional team to inquire about rates and availability for speaking and appearances.
Corporate Group Training & Retreats
Cliff and the rest of his team at Adventure Out have worked with groups ranging from Fortune 500 company executive retreats, to team-building programs for Google, Facebook, BMW, to Stanford University professor groups, to bachelor parties, school groups, and girl scout troops. Programs span everything form 1-day survival clinics or naturalist hikes, to week-long survival immersion experiences.
Outdoor/Adventure Business Consulting
The Adventure Out Guide Training & Affiliation Seminar is a program designed by Cliff Hodges to teach aspiring outdoor guides and business owners the nuts and bolts of running an outdoor school and guide service. Participants learn the methodologies behind Cliff’s programs and learn the Adventure Out system and business model so that they can begin to run their own programs and teach others with success and a consistent client base. In short, Cliff Hodges and Adventure Out have gone open source – he will be sharing everything he’s learned in the past decade with participants to raise the level of professionalism in the outdoor industry. Graduates of the program will have the option to affiliate with Adventure Out and open their own, independently-owned, Adventure Out satellite program.
